My Little Helpdesk – All Change
As we move towards preparing for the next release of our helpdesk software we thought we would take the chance to tell you about some changes.
Change is good !
Firstly the My Little Helpdesk name is no more, it is now called OP SmartDesk. The reason for the change is that over the years the helpdesk has grown into something much more than just a helpdesk and we needed a name to reflect this.
Secondly OP SmartDesk has been rebuilt from the ground up so in essence is a new solution.
Lastly we are going to be releasing a number of other software solutions under the OP brand and the change of name would tie in with this.
Other than the above it’s business as usual, same great software, same great support.
OP SmartDesk v2.0 will be release on 14th Jan 2010.

Yes, provided you have a current software licence. In other words if you renewed your licence then you will get the upgrades that are released at no extra cost.
