Purchase Orders
If you wish to buy our software using a purchase order you can either do this online and when prompted for your payment method select “Purchase Order” and enter your purchase order number, you will also be able to print off your invoice too, or fax your purchase order to us on 0844 288 1 289.


Support & Upgrades

You can continue to receive priority email support and upgrades by extending the support and upgrade contract. You can enjoy another year of priority support and upgrade for a nominal fee of £125 for Pro, £175 for Enterprise. Should you have any questions please feel free to ask us.

Hosted Option
If you’d prefer us to host OP SmartDesk for you, sign up for the annual hosting option on the Buy Now page. Your installation is hosted on our multi redundant and secure network with the choice of your subdomain (example: support.yourdomain.com or helpdesk.yourdomain.com). Kindly get in touch with us to give us this information and we will let you know how you should proceed.

Version Upgrade
Your needs have changed since you last purchased OP SmartDesk? Upgrade anytime to a higher version by just paying the price difference + £29.95 upgrade processing fees.
