Important notice: We provide you with this online demo to give you a quick and hands-on demonstration of our software. Although we frequently purge the demo helpdesk, please keep in mind other users can alter the configuration of it. If you would like a private, more in-depth trial experience, download our free Lite Version here.
In order to access the online demo choose one of the options below.
Access the demonstration server using the following credentials:
- Administrator Access
- Username: admin
- Password: demo123
- Editing Tech Support Access
- Username: opsdteched
- Password: password
- Tech Support Access
- Username: opsdtech
- Password: password
- User Access
- Username: opsduser
- Password: password
We would recommend that you create your own online user account using the “create account” link at the top right of the demo page, this way you can enjoy a more fuller end to end experience.
The helpdesk database is reset every 72 hours.

- To test the auto email population of the helpdesk send an email to demo@opsoftware.co.uk, you must first ensure that you have created an account with the email address that you will send the email from.
