We employ a fair use policy that ensures high availability and good service for our customers’ help desks. The fair use policy stipulates that the operation of your helpdesk should not affect the service we can offer to our other customers. If you begin to outgrow our hosted service, we have a number of upgrade options that we can discuss with you.
