OP SmartMonitor is a web based network and server monitoring tool that allows administrators to monitor networks for failures and irregularities automatically. It can monitor all aspects of your LAN- and WAN servers, workstations and IP devices.

It runs as a website on a Windows 2008/2003/2000/7/Vista/XP platform. When problems are detected, you’re notified via e-mail. When a failure is detected, OP SmartMonitor will provide you with the tools to try and correct the problem.

OP SmartMonitor can perform the following:

• Simple connectivity checks by way of a simple ICMP (PING) Echo to check if a host is available
• Extended Windows checks, checking any valid windows service to ensure they are running with the ability to restart services on any server right from the status page.
• Extended Printer Checks, in addition to the connectivity check an extended check can be performed to get the status of the printer, toner levels, and also drum levels.
• Check disk space based on % free.
• Check CPU Load based on % used.
• Check memory usage based on % free.
• Email notifications when alert criteria is met.
• Visual indicators of problems when alert criteris is met.
