As part of our ongoing commitment to high service and availablitiy we will be migrating all our hosted customers over to new high speed servers.

These new high spec servers have already been commsissioned and are ready to go, this means we will start to migrate customers over to these new servers from 21st December 2009 through to 3rd January 2010.

As we will be changing DNS records you may experience some downtime but anticipate this to be no more than a couple of hours as records update across the internet and with all moves taking place outside business hours (7pm to 6am).

When we are about to move your helpdesk we will contact you to inform you of this and to discuss and questions you may have.

These new servers are more secure, more powerfull, and have upgraded 100Mbit backbones providing an even faster more resilient servcie.

We apreciate your patience during this change over and hopt to provide as little downtime as possible.
