On-Demand: (recommended)

  • We'll handle the installation, hardware, upgrades, maintenance, performance tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring, local backups, and twice weekly off-site backups to a redundant storage 'cloud'; and we'll provide personal support by e-mail, chat, or phone.
  • All you need is a standard web browser and at least one e-mail account.
  • There are no contracts or minimum commitments; cancel at any time.
  • You own your data; we'll happily send you a database backup.
  • In most cases you'll be up and running the same business day.
Full service application hosting from £500 per year

 

On-Site:

  • Run your helpdesk on your own hardware and network.
  • Requires ASP.Net and MSSQL 2005/2008.
  • Runs on Windows Servers (2003,2008) 32/64Bit.
  • Software and license are delivered electronically.
  • Your version license will never expire.
  • One year of free minor version updates (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc).
  • Discounts on major version updates after 1 year.
  • Ideal for technical people and sensitive environments.
