Which One Is Right For You?
OP SmartDesk can be deployed in two ways:
On-Demand: (recommended)
- We'll handle the installation, hardware, upgrades, maintenance, performance tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring, local backups, and twice weekly off-site backups to a redundant storage 'cloud'; and we'll provide personal support by e-mail, chat, or phone.
- All you need is a standard web browser and at least one e-mail account.
- There are no contracts or minimum commitments; cancel at any time.
- You own your data; we'll happily send you a database backup.
- In most cases you'll be up and running the same business day.
On-Site:
- Run your helpdesk on your own hardware and network.
- Requires ASP.Net and MSSQL 2005/2008.
- Runs on Windows Servers (2003,2008) 32/64Bit.
- Software and license are delivered electronically.
- Your version license will never expire.
- One year of free minor version updates (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc).
- Discounts on major version updates after 1 year.
- Ideal for technical people and sensitive environments.
