Salary:

  • £Negotiable depending on experience
  • Position: Full time, permanent (08:30am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday)
  • Location: You will be based at our Kington office in Herefordshire but will be expected to travel to customers throughout the Herefordshire Area.

Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle of support tickets including successful resolution.
  • Working towards SLAs and updating customer queries.
  • Demonstrate high level of industry specific knowledge when supporting customers.
  • Build and maintain professional and positive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Identify ways of improving system reliability to minimize incidents.
  • Represent the company and its’ core values when liaising with customers and third-party stakeholders.
  • Follow company procedures and commit to personal development.
  • Responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and clients.
  • Contribute to the production of technical documentation.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate to 3rd Line teams.
  • Act as first point of contact for customers via all correspondence.

Skills & Experience:

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications & services.
  • Familiarity of Firewall concepts.
  • Confident and professional approach to managing workloads as a group and on your own.
  • Good all-around knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange.
  • MCSA or MCP Accreditations are preferable.
  • Previous experience of backups such as tapes, Disk 2 Disk and cloud.
  • A minimum of Math and English GCSEs are essential for this role.
  • Previous exposure to resolving desktop incidents.
  • A good understanding of AD.
  • An excellent communicator both verbally and orally.
  • A positive and approachable demeanour.
  • An outstanding and supportive team player.
  • Current, clean driving license + car essential.

  • Position: Flexible Hours / On Call / As Per Event Requirements
  • Location: You will be based at our Kington office in Herefordshire but will be expected to travel to events throughout the UK.

Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle of event IT provision.
  • Working with the Event Manager to successfully deliver events.
  • Demonstrate high level of industry specific knowledge when supporting customers.
  • Build and maintain professional and positive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Identify ways of improving system reliability to minimize incidents.
  • Represent the company and its’ core values when liaising with customers and third-party stakeholders.
  • Follow company procedures and commit to personal development.
  • Responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and clients.
  • Contribute to the production of technical event documentation.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate to 3rd Line teams.
  • Act as first point of contact for customers when on site at events.

Skills & Experience:

  • The ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent understand of networking concepts at all OSI Layers.
  • Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi, Point to Point, and multiband concepts.
  • Familiarity of Firewall and filtering concepts.
  • Confident and professional approach to managing workloads as a group.
  • MCSA or MCP Accreditations are preferable.
  • A minimum of Math and English GCSEs are essential for this role.
  • Previous exposure to Enterprise Indoor/Outdoor Wi-Fi networking.
  • A good understanding of routing.
  • An excellent communicator both verbally and orally.
  • A positive and approachable demeanour.
  • An outstanding and supportive team player.
  • Current, clean driving license + car essential.
